Welcome to All Brains Belong
Thank you for your interest in applying to become a new patient of All Brains Belong (ABB). Because of how different healthcare looks at ABB, we want to take time to tell you about the practice and how things work here. If you’d prefer to receive this information by video, click here.
How does healthcare at ABB work?
People do not join a medical practice here, they join a community. All Brains Belong (ABB) is pioneering a new model for healthcare. This involves joining a community of other people navigating similar challenges. As part of being an ABB patient, you will meet and interact with other community members. This is how we provide medical care. We are only able to accept new patients within our model of practice, due to our capacity and resources.
ABB is filling a particular role in the healthcare space, with specialized knowledge about the medical conditions more common in neurodivergent people. Our area of focus is medical care of neurodivergent people with complex chronic health conditions, either known or suspected. We are only able to accept new patients within this scope of practice, due to our capacity and resources..

Before deciding to apply
We believe deeply in transparency. We want you to know exactly what to expect here, and to understand exactly what we offer (and don’t offer). This way, you can consider whether your individual needs can be met by ABB and decide whether if this is something you want to apply for.
We are able to accept applications from patients with Blue Cross Blue Shield, MVP, Medicare, and Vermont Medicaid at this time, as well as self-pay patients. Must be a Vermont resident.
We also recommend that everyone read Important Information About Insurance Audits before moving forward.
