Acute COVID Management List – ADULT
- H1 blocker twice daily (choose from the above)
- Famotidine 20 mg twice daily (40 mg twice daily if you take it already)
- CoQ-10 100 mg twice daily (200 mg twice daily if you take it already)
- Quercetin 250 mg twice daily (500 mg twice daily if you take it already)
- Melatonin 1-3 mg at bedtime
- Vitamin C 500 mg twice daily
- NAC 600 mg twice daily
