Melatonin (1 mg) + magnesium combination (chewable)

Melatonin liquid (to be able to use very low doses for young kids – tip: mix with acidic juice or tastes terrible)

Quercetin
Less expensive quercetin (if you’re not sure yet that it helps you) – this one has bromelain (avoid if sensitive to pineapple)
Thorne brand quercetin (slightly pricier)
Magnesium
– Sleep / muscle pain / anxiety: Magnesium glycinate (sour pineapple gummies – delicious), magnesium glycinate (120 mg) capsules
– Brain fog / fatigue: Magnesium malate or magnesium L-threonate
– Constipation: magnesium citrate gummies (start with 1 daily, then increase to 2 daily if no improvement after a week)
Antihistamines

H1 blocker options (only one at a time) – adult versions listed here; for kids, look for children’s versions (will update here eventually)
Loratadine 10 mg
Fexofenadine 180 mg
Cetirizine 10 mg

H2 blocker – ADULT
Famotidine 20 mg
Fish oil (kids start 250-500 mg can work to 1000 mg; adults start 1000-1500 mg, can work to 2000 mg)

Acute COVID Management ListADULT

  • H1 blocker twice daily (choose from the above)
  • Famotidine 20 mg twice daily (40 mg twice daily if you take it already)
  • CoQ-10 100 mg twice daily (200 mg twice daily if you take it already)
  • Quercetin 250 mg twice daily (500 mg twice daily if you take it already)
  • Melatonin 1-3 mg at bedtime
  • Vitamin C 500 mg twice daily
  • NAC 600 mg twice daily
  • Methylfolate 15 mg daily
